I went to “The Stage” in Nashville and, while up front took a few blurry photos of the band. It was so colorful I had to paint it. I used lots of bright blues, pinks, and greens.

I had the idea for this from watching a TV show. I had to go buy the oil and vinegar set at an antique shop. The lamp was in our family.

Seven Swans

I painted this first and then it was so bright that I used the leftover paint on my pallette to tone it down around the edges. I kept the bright glow in the middle.

This scarf is a dark grey with the image of lady in red that I saw posing in La Boca-Buenos Aires,Argentina. The lady is painted on either end of the scarf and umbrellas are in the middle.

Lavender in France

I painted this on my balcony on Quincy Circle in Seaside, FL. I had 30 minutes before sunset to draw and paint this scene. I love how fresh it looks!
